On the third of February, a new school year began at Nyenga. Students returned, and new children in kindergarten and first grade began a new chapter in their lives. We know some were very ready for what was to come.

When new parents come to school, many ask if we have had a first grader, i.e. someone who has scored in the top group in the 7th grade exam. Now we can say YES! Congratulations to the former chairman’s grandchild!

It’s great that the chairman got to experience this. He has been and is an important supporter in our work. Since the school started 11 years ago, he has faithfully followed a large group of grandchildren to New Horizon Primary School.
